4FreeUK respects each individuals right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at the 4FreeUK Web site.

2. The Personal Information we collect

When you register for the 4FreeUK newsletter you must provide us with an email address so that you can receive our newsletter. Visitors do not have to register to receive our newsletter in order to use website.

We employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable 4FreeUK to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.

3.1. Our Newsletter

The information collected by 4FreeUK will be used to communicate offers to visitors who have registered to receive our newsletter. Only users who have registered to receive the newsletter will receive these email newsletters. These emails are normally sent weekly, however we may occasionally send a special edition of the newsletter if there is information available either of a time sensitive nature or information that cannot be incorporated within our normal newsletter.

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.

8. How you can Change the Data we Hold

Your privacy is important to us. All emails directly from us to you will include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. Plus, if you don't want to be contacted by us any more you can email datacontroller@4freeuk.com and request the removal of your data.

You already have certain rights under existing data protection legislation, including a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you if you request it in writing. From 25th May 2018 you will also have the following rights:

The right to 'block' us from using your personal information or limit the way in which we can use it;

9.1.4. Right to Data Portability

The right to request that we move, copy or transfer your personal information;

If you raise an objection we will stop processing your personal information unless very exceptional circumstances apply, in which case we will let you know why we're continuing to process your personal information.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

4FreeUK does use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.

11. Keeping your personal information secure

11.1. Location

Keeping information about you secure is important to us so we store and process your personal information in accordance with the high standards required under data protection legislation. From time to time and for operational reasons the personal information we collect from you may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Your information may also be processed by some of our service providers which operate outside the EEA. 12. How long do we keep your personal information?

4FreeUK maintains the accuracy of our information by removing non functioning email addresses. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your personal information on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or until you request it is deleted. If, having registered for any of our services, you do not use them for a reasonable time (which may vary depending on the service(s) you've registered for) we may contact you to ensure you're still happy to receive communications from us. Even if we delete your personal information it may persist on a backup file or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

14. Changes

We will let you know what these changes are by posting them on this page. It is your responsibility as a user to make sure that you are aware of changes posted on this page, by checking for any changes on a regular basis.

Changes posted on this page will become effective as soon as they are posted.
