When you register for the 4FreeUK newsletter you must provide us with an email address so that you can receive our newsletter. Visitors do not have to register to receive our newsletter in order to use website.

Your privacy is important to us. All emails directly from us to you will include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. Plus, if you don't want to be contacted by us any more you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and request the removal of your data.
You already have certain rights under existing data protection legislation, including a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you if you request it in writing. From 25th May 2018 you will also have the following rights:
